Negative fuel trims

I'm logging the following fuel trims: low -8.1354 Med -4.2134 injectors are Denso 1000cc. Current scaling is 975cc & latency is .912ms at 14v. Should I increase or decrease latency, and by how much?
I know that -ve trims generally mean that scaling needs to be increased, but at 975cc the next increment would be 1008cc which is more than the actual injector size!

Any tips?

Sorry but what version of evoscan are you using ? And are these the HKS Denso injectors ? Also are you running the original map or the RA one?

As to your question, seems you are running rich, as adding to the lat will make it more rich! so try -4% to all the latency range and test.

'just Denso', running stock JDM rom, & evoscan 2.6. Hks & Denso are exactly the same.
I'll try it with a smaller latency figure
