360 load ceiling

Tuned a AMS 900x equipped Evo 10 on E85 yesterday.

628whp on the GST Mustang Dyno. Highest Evo power on that dyno so far.

Anyway... looks like Evo 10 ECU caps at 360 load? Is there a "uncap" like there is for the 8/9?

Code:
RPM Load
4769.53125 334.0625
4984.375 349.0625
5175.78125 355.9375
5390.625 359.0625
5664.0625 352.8125
6156.25 358.4375
6441.40625 360
6667.96875 360
6906.25 360.3125
7171.875 360.3125
7417.96875 360.3125
7667.96875 360.3125
7878.90625 360.3125
8066.40625 360.3125
8261.71875 360.3125
8503.90625 360.3125
8699.21875 360

Holy hell, capped out at 360, that thing must be insane. Look at how the load is was still building, not like it hit 360 at peak torque, god damn!
What did a stock Evo put down there, 230-240 (hp not load)?

You should be able to rescale the MAP Load calc table. I am working on a car today I will test it on.

It doesn't follow that 1:1.

What is the Max value in your MAP tables? I bet it's 360.

correct. It will interpolate between maf and map value and possibly fuel. I've not exactly sure what it is using exactly in what weights. I have gotten load to stay low by raising the x axis kpa value rather than changing the load table value itself. It is not as straight forward as it is with the 7/8/9. However if you taper the maf value down, raise the kpa value for the map sensor up, and raise the ve in the calibration map to bring fueling in line, you can bring calculated load down. I am not sure you will be able to bring it down enough, but I know that doing those will lower calculated load. I have gotten load down from 320 to 270-280 by doing that. That is only 12.5%, but until there is a work around that is not such a pain. I also know it is possible to use a 4bar map sensor without doing the switch in the rom. However this makes the car a real pain to tune because the only place all the calcs are correct is at 100kpa absolute.

Then there is a standalone...... wich fixes everything.

Why would you want to reduce load from 320 to 270-280? You are basically creating less resolution. What is your reasoning?

In your situation you ran into a 360 cap. This would be an effort to get under that cap.

In situations may arrise where load may need to be hid from a car for whatever reason. This is useful in those situations.
