How to set up Tephra V7 with Omni 4 bar
I searched around the site but couldn't really find a good answer. What do I need change in the Tephra map to set it up for the Omini 4 bar map sensor?

Just set your MAP scaling values the same way you would if you were still on a regular rom.
If you want to use PSI-based boost control you'll need to change which scaling the PSI-based maps use to the OMNI 4-bar.
