I bought evoscan a while ago and tried logging in to download evoscan but I cant find the link anywhere. It says if you cant find the link, open a ticket. I opened a ticket 2 days ago but havnt heard anything.

How long is your userid / download rights valid for once you purchase evoscan ? can anyone help ?

I've never had to create one; Hamish usually hangs out on these forums so, so he may see this thread.

 

It usually takes Hamish 1-5 days to respond to a ticket.

Do you still have your serial number?

when you register on the evoscan website, you just click software updates and it will give you the links to download the program. After downloading the program use your serial number to use it. Hope that helps!

 

I opened a ticket with evoscan in March and I still have no response. are these guys even around anymore ?

 

I opened a ticket about 2 months ago now and never received a response back. I had the help of local evo owners to get me up and running again though.

 

i also have the same issue. anyone have a 2.9 version i can leech off. i have my serial number. TIA

 

Got mine last month together with openport 1.3U cable, no problems at all, also got replies for my ticket/inquiries
