HI guys. I paid for Evoscan 3-4 months ago.My computer crushed recently. I opened a ticket more than a week ago,no response. I dont think ive ever recieved any emails from them. Whats the next step?

 

do you still have your serial? even if you get a copy of the file, you still need your registered email address and serial, you tried to email hamish?

 

I dont know who hemish is. No serial# number.And I checked my email and couldnt find anything from them. I filed ticket thru their website and recieved confirmation email in my Spam folder. So I probably missed their first email too.

 

this had hapend to me before. i had gone to the evoScan website and e-mailed them. 2 days later i received e mail back with my serial number. i then downloaded the latest version, entered my serial number and ur all set.

 

I emailed them more than a week ago. Emailed again today,so we'll see if i gat a response. Thanks

 

I surprised they haven't emailed you, I got a reply back in about a day.
