Best ROM ID to use?

Is there a specific ROM ID that is the best to use? It seems like every time something now comes around its never on the ID I'm currently using (88591715) the car stock ran 88590015

for example, Id like to get to a 3d VE table rom ( RoadSpike did 94171715, 96531706
, and 88591715)

but none of those are listed in the 2byte thread (closest would be 88590015)

besides having to swap ROM's around every week, is there a best ROM ID to use?

I think ive found my issue.....

Is there a rom that has both the omnipower 4bar MAP sensor and 3D VE tables tested/verified on it?

for the 3D VE (by Roadspike) i only see these rom ID's
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...bles-baro.html
94171715
96531706
88591715

but none of those show up in the omnipower 4bar write up by mrfred
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...evo-8-9-a.html

he only worked with

94170008, 94170014, 94170015, 96420007, 96420008, 96940011, 88590013, 88590014, 8859001

HELP!

I believe you are looking too far back. (Omni 4 bar threads).

AFAIK All of the roms that roadspike did are compatible with the Omni 4 bar. You just need to get the one that is for the IX (88591715????). Then you select the appropriate map sensor scaling for the map sensor tables.

2 byte is old news. Most run 1 byte now. All of the current tephra roms are set up for 1 byte.

You probably need to do some more reading in the current tephra thread and the roadspike thread. All you need should be there. Just keep in mind that some of the tables and the way they interact with each other are different between 3dsd and 2dsd.

edit: just saw your other thread...listen to tscompusa. definitely stick with one thread at a time (and one problem at a time) and you'll get much more consistent answers and be able to fix one thing and then move onto another. Nothing worse than chasing your tail all day when all you need is a couple things fixed to move on.

Wait a min, you are on 88591715?

Because from what i can remember...

88590715 is the Tephra mod v7 + Mods

88591715 is Tephra + Speed Density + Mods

88592715 is Tephra + 3D Speed Density + Mods

Double check your rom ID
