One of your biggest issues is you have 1650cc injectors on the stock turbo. Unless you plan on making 800 hp on the stock turbo I would go back to stock injectors

reason I ended up with 1650s... was I was going to go 2.4... then lost my job.... planning on running e85 more then 70%... of the time ... so I basically need to go down to 1000cc or 1200cc... ?.. I was told 1650...would work fine on e85.. and my power goals ...

Are your power goals 800 hp? Because that is what those injectors are suited for. Even on ethanol, you are only going to be using be 40 to 50% of that injector. I know somebody with 1250 cc injectors available for sale if you are interested, send me a private message. 1250 cc will support about 600 hp on E 85. So that would cover your 400 hp turbo as well as a few upgraded ones.
