You have a boost leak or its your fuel pump. There's no other explanation for it.

If you are hitting 260+load and you are nearly maxing out your injectors with the proper AFR readings, your boost gauge is off. Log boost from the port in the turbo outlet.

I'm reading it from manifold, doubt there would be any difference from turbo outlet. but will give a try anyway along with another gauge

The point is to confirm a boost leak between the two. It may be 14psi at the manifold but much more at the turbo outlet.

rerouted boost gauge source to J pipe and exactly same reading as from manifold

I'm slowly approaching to the conclusion that car really flows that much as registers in logs

wierd

Have you tried another boost gauge? Which turbo are you running again?

2.3 requires more fuel , you cannot use stock scaling on it. lower the number.. log fuel trim mid when cruising over 80hz.

have pte880's laying around and is it worth to hassle with stock 560's ? won't it be better to drop 880's in and scale them ?

I wouldnt lower the scaling as that doesnt sound like the issue. If your AFRs are accurate and you have hit 99% IDC at 14psi its the fuel pump.
