what causes almost 100hp to disappear?

So i had my car tuned by mellon in april. It put down 353 with only bolt ons so i was extremely happy. Fast forward to now and the highest number im seeing is 314hp and a low of 272 on the vd. I have checked logs between now and then and the only difference i can see is afr. The afr now is way richer than when it was tuned. The only thing i have changed is the rom from 94170015 to tephra v7 for launch maps etc etc.i copied everything over and it was fine until a few months ago. I had someone get a launch map started for me and somehow the car started boost cutting. I turned that off and the car still didnt feel right. I have even tried switching back to my old maps and the car still runs pig rich and the timing is different in the logs. I have tried resetting the ecu and flashing back to my tuned 94170015 rom and it still is rich. I have also boost leak tested the car many times and found nothing. Could a 15 to 20 degree increase in temps of weather and more humidity cause this much loss? Or does anyone have any idea on what to check? I should also add right as we finished tuning the car i had some wg problems where boost would not go below 27 psi which was fine because thats where we tuned it. When i tried fixing the issue which happened to be a torn o ring in the wg i installed a 24 psi red spring into the forge unit. To my surprise no matter how tight the preload i only saw 15 psi so since then i have used my ebc to raise the boost to 27.

You need to give more information before you can expect an answer. Posting your logs would be a good place to start.

Do you need the mod info or what? I mean the only thing changed was the rom going from 0015 to v7 and now even switching back to the old rom the car does the same. I will post a few logs when i get back home. The original log with 354hp and a few from this week

New Compressed (zipped) Folder.zip

here are three logs. the first one (4-19-2012) was the first log of the last three pulls while tuning my car. this run put out 354hp and 353 tq. the last two logs were done today. the only change being raising the boost from around 25 to around 27 psi. the last log from today put out 314 hp and i could tell the car was just not liking all the extra fuel. the only differences i can see are in the timing and the afr. i also reset the ecu before doing the two pulls today. it did help a little because the car went from 271hp to the 314. if you plug the first log and last log into the vd, power, torque, and afr look exactly the same on the curve just everything is lower and the afr is way richer than the first log. if any more info is needed just let me know what you need and i will give it too you.

mods are ic, ic piping upper and lower, hks bov, hks suction pipe, hks 272's, walbro 255, evo 8 turbo with 10.5 hotside, hks cam gears, v2a dump, 3" tbe, test pipe, arp headstuds, forge wga with red spring( suppose to be 18-24psi (i only see 16 with the ebc off tested it today) hks ebc tuned on 27 psi spike holding 25-26 to redline.

Check the exhaust mani. To turbo, 02 housing bolts/ gasket, and WG. A small leak can make a big difference!

Yes injector scaling is all the same so is latency and everything else in the fuel tables. Boost leak check will be done this afternoon, but all the previous times i have checked have yielded nothing. Nothing is loose pre turbo. I know what a difference that makes the main one being slow turbo spoolup and i have none of those issues.
