Jitters on SD FIX?

Jitters on SD FIX?
It's my understanding that the 8's suffer from this problems but the 9's don't? Anyone have any idea why? What is the difference in the code?
I know Aaron runs a different ROM to eliminate the problem. Man it would be sooooooooo nice to have this figured out!!

My ix 88592715 suffered from jitters so bad I canned the rom. For a whole year no issues then install s2 cams and jitter. Switched to 8858adm rom.
Seems to be situational more than code but for some reason I didn't have it then I did. /crabs!
