My car's been doing the same on stock cams, stock injectors, 13.9-14.4 idle / driving I'm assuming its in the open loop adjustments. Thought my front o2 was bad changed it nothing different so it has to be that...?

What's you're open loop settings?

They look good. You're in closed loop. Beasters: yours looks good too (same). I read mine in TPS %. It's easier to read.

Check your load at idle and cruise. I believe beasters your at 40ish during idle and cruise and in your periphery bits you are still in closed loop. So you should still be in closed loop at your current settings.

Kaonashi: Check your FAA bit 4 and see if you if it's set to 1. If it's 0 then you're in open loop. Also, what is your STFT (O2 feedback) readings at idle and cruise after warm up?

The full time open loop is set to 1, rear o2 set to 0. I will have to get some logs with Evoscan, what are the things I need to log for this?
