I have a 2006 evo mr
Stock ECU
Open port 2.0 cable with adapter
Windows 7 pc
Serial to USB (prolific drivers)
Evoscan software
AEM Eugo

I have all the equipment, I cannot for life of me find a step by step tutorial or guide to setup my car to data log.

I can't seem to get readings from my AEM Eugo via the serial to USB .. Or what I should say, I don't know how to view the live datalog on my pc with evoscan if it is working correctly.

Also, would it be better to log through pin 73 on ECU? I've seen some threads on it, it looks like it would be easier but is it as accurate?

To sum up, my issue is, I don't know if I am logging data or not, or if my AEM Eugo is logging data. I know the serial port is installed and working. But I can't configure it I guess.

It isn't the information I think I'm looking for. But it is helpful, is looking to see how I can live view the data on screen and which method is better.
