What to do here?

Looking over my ROM and notice a duplication option (see below) for P0300 enable/disable. I noticed on one is enable an the other is disable. Should I set both to "1" to enable?

Disable them both to avoid any issue with the stupid p0300.

It's not a duplicate; both bits need to be set to 0 to disable P0300.

So with the current configuration, will it still come up if I'm misfiring?

Are you having a legitimate misfire issue? As in you feel it miss under boost?

The p0300 gets tripped from noise within the drivetrain. The computer says I hear something off, but I don't know where it is coming from. With the p0300 disabled, if it does detect a cylinder misfire it can still through the p0301 - p0304 codes for a specific cylinder.

Yes. The description next to both bits seems pretty clear to me.... "set bit.4 and bit.5 to disable". That implies that if either bit.4 or bit.5 are set to 1, it won't be deactivated.

It did sputter a few time last month when trying full throttle. When gunning it, the car would hesitate and then take off with no problem. Some thought it was misfire, but no code was ever thrown. Just curious maybe there was a misfire, but code was shut off.

Sounds like a fuel issue to me, not a misfire. What you are describing could be a Bog? A misfire feels more like a momentary instant hesitation that is more like a stumble, does that make sense?
