min/max speed for cruise control?

Hi,

Does anyone know min/max speed table(s) for cruise control?

2009+ JDM roms are restricted up to 100 km/h. But 120km/h or so is much more useful for cruising high way.

There's no min or max that I've ever encountered. I set mines to CC at around 25-30 in the city to preserve fuel. Have gone down to 20 with CC working.

Mine struggles below 50kph to properly maintain speed but never had any issues with a Max - had cc on at 130kph no worries

Thank you for the info. Referring to your location, both AUDM and USDM have no speed restriction for cruise control.

2010+ JDM has severe restriction for both minimum and maximum speed in which we can enable cruise control. Minimum speed must be higher than 40 kmph. Maximum speed must be lower than 110 kmph.

I've been checking references to ram address of vehicle speed in disassembled codes. There're over 50 references to vehicle speed ram address in the source code of 56870008, but still I have not found the target addresses yet. I'm not competent.

That would make sense, because top speed is limited to 180 kmph in Japan. And 40 kmph is about 20 mph or so and I never tried to go lower than that. Good stuff to know

Fair enough - seems a strange thing to implement on one spec though. If you do decide to seriously exceed the speed limit cruise control is not usually on your mind

In Japan, everyone run their car around 120-130 kph on highway realistically. Cars of other makers( ex. Nissan, Toyota, etc.) have higher maximum limit for cruise control to be enable to cruise around 120-130 kph. But we EvoX drivers cannot run along the flow of cars on highway. So, we JDM EvoX drivers have frustration...
