WGDC wont go down.

Hello,

I got a e5.

now i'm trying to run a 3-poort on the Ceddy rom.
but i cant get the WGDC to go down.

0 out the boost corretion tabel
put say 40% WGDC in the map.

And stil i'm getting only a smal dip in DC

This log was on a stock E5.
Max'd out his 2 bar boost meter.
The WGDC only goes to 87% and goes back up.

Engine load in the map is at 200.
Error is all @ 0
WGDC in the map was very lo...40% i think.... try'd 25% as well.. same thing
Ceddy rom has map switch.. so does the car.
Put in the same.

try'd 2 ecu's
3 rom's
2 3-poorts

WGDC juist wont look at the rom.

the log was with this rom.

This is what I said....

"I've seen a table in the roms named "WGDC at fault". Check if that is set to 87.5%. I think stock is something like 64%.

Wondering if the ecu is defaulting to that value due to some other issue (loose wire in the harness etc)."

I relooked at the graph you have and saw this is not likely, sorry

Have you ruled out the possibility of a mechanical problem? Check the vacuum lines running to the WG and make sure they are in good condition, no holes or rips, and zip tied.

Yeah.

Just done a leak test...
Actuator is brand new.... half a hole preload.

I get a nice 0.8 bar when i disconnect the 3poort but lave it plumd in.

It is a map/ecu thing.
If you look at the log you see 87.5 dutycycle where it should be 40 or something like that
