88590013 -> V7 - Immobilizer Hex?

Hey guys,

I'm a newb when it comes to the immobilzer stuff.

I have the immoblzer code - but I can't seem to find the Hex.

Do I need it for V7? I do not want to disable the immobilzer.

Am I missing the HTML to make visible the immobilzer hex for 88590013?

I just checked by opening 88590013 in ECUflash with the regular XML file that comes with the software and I can see the Immobilizer under the Misc section. I've attached this file in case you don't have it.

Yes you will need it if you move to V7 or your car won't start.

Thank you, but all I see is the code, not the HEX.

Now if I add the html code:
Code:
<table name="Immobilizer Hex" category="Miscellaneous" address="ffa" type="2D" level="2" scaling="Hex16">
		<table type="Static Y Axis" elements="1">
			<data>0x0040 for 2003 or 0x0055 for 2004 or 0x0058 for 2005 USDM - 0x004D for EDM:</data>
		</table>
	</table>
I see the the Immobilzer Hex, but it appears to be the same for 885900013, 88590015 and 88590715(V7)

Can this be right? Again, I'm talking about the HEX , not the code.

yes it's possible that it's in the same location for different rom versions

FYI, that's XML, not HTML

LOL, I meant XML.

So to clarify, possible to be in same location or have same hex values?

When using the XML with the above named ROM's, I'm getting the same values.
