Help 2008 Lancer Ralliart Ecuflash

Help 2008 Lancer Ralliart Ecuflash
Using OpenPort 2.0, EcuFalsh 1.44 - not able to read the ROM. Computer sends requests to ROM but says there is no response to any known code. Tried it on two different laptops ( one is Win 7 and the other one is XP) with Ecu unlocker ( in case it was locked before)- still did not work.
Any thoughts what could be the problem?
PS used read template for CAN all Mitsubishi 2006+

thanks a lot for trying to help. Indeed, my problem seems to be related to drivers incorrect installation. I could not read the lancer X 2008, nor EVO 6.5 and Lancer Cedia vagon 2003 or any other vehicle. I tried to reinstall last version of EcuFlash from the scratch but it is still not working properly. I'm going to by new computer and will see if that will solve the problem.
