hi guys i have a 09 evo X fq360, and would like to have the car tuned... From want i have been reading, i know that i have to bench the ecu.
My question is where do i go from there... What needs to be done for me to have the ecu unlock? What base map do i need and what changes need to be made.
My concern, is not power at this stage, but to have the car working.

While you are doing a bench, do a read first to see what rom version they use. They fq's use a funky rom version for the year. You can use the 5304 rom family for that car. 53040110 is the tephramod rom version for that year EDM.
