88590015 won't show fuel trims?

I've searched for a few days now and can't find anything that has helped. I get O2 feedback but all fuel trims stay at 0. I've re-installed evoscan and EcuFlash but can't seem to get a handle on it.

I don't know if this is relevant but the rear O2 heater patch is set at 4A0B and the ECU periphery0 Hex is 56D0.

The car has been in the hands of several tuners and I'm not sure what was done by who at this point.

In the past I recall disabling a rear o2 in a certain way yielded these results. Can't put my finger on it ( literally mobile app blows) but try digging for that.

If just upload the hex or bin ; clear your timing map and fuel if you're worried.

Physically going through it may be easier for someone

ECU Periphery 2 (FCA) bit 3 is turned off. This bit should normally be on to generate a CEL for P0132 or P0136. This leads me to suspect that your car may have a bad front O2 sensor, or damaged wiring to the sensor, and that someone had turned it off to prevent you from finding this out. If the sensor is bad your ECU will have no O2 input and will be unable to calculate fuel trims, and so your trims will not change.

Turn FCA bit 3 back on (set it to 1) and re-flash. Drive around for 5 minutes and see if your CEL lights up. Read the code and diagnose.

Stock Periphery settings for the 2006 USDM 5MT ROM are in the top row. Your ROM is in the bottom row.

ECU Periphery 2 (FCA) bit 3 is turned back on. No cell but no trims yet. I do get O2 feed back and front O2 voltage but no voltage from the rear O2. I have a new one ordered and will install it on Wednesday.

I tried changing the other peripheries to the stock settings but the car wouldn't start.

Its time to trace your wiring to find out where your front and rear O2 signal is routed.

Update,
Back probed starting at the O2 sensor and got voltage all the way to the ECU, flashed in an old tephra 7 mod tune and now the rear O2 shows voltage and trims start changing right away.
There's something in this tune that's causing this.

That is good news. I guess only the tooner can tell you what this is then. It could have been cloned as 88590015 from anything else. I checked your ROM against 88590715 (Tephra V7) but it is missing all the V7 tables. You are going to have to talk to its maker.
