NEED HELP!!! so I built my 2005 evo 8 did a 2.4 LONG ROD stroker


11:5.1 compression
ported and polished head with 1mm oversized valves
fully built bottom end


ELECTRONICS
2000 ID injectors
OMNI 4 BAR
GRIMMSPEED EBC
AEM AIT
4 channel sparktech CDI
RUNS ON E85
OK so what happened is I built my car I had an 03 evo with all the tephra mods on the ecu so I stole the map off it just to start the car. I know how to tune but I DO NOT UNDERSTAND XML CODE AND ALL THAT JAZZ. so i got the car to at-lest run with the 03 evo map I had to run as much as 8.9 fuel in the map so SCALING is what is wrong. I scaled the injectors to 1083 E85


someone tried to send me a base map so i can tune the car but it will not start
disabled the immobilizer and car still does not start with the map so im back to my old map


WHEN LOGGING I KNOTICE
that the map sensor reads 10 lbs of boost at idle this has to be the problem to a point

Sure its not 10 psi of vacuum? Is it a stock map sensor? Make sure ur scaling is right. If ur logging, check what load cells you are actually running in on the ignition map. Are the idle afrs close?

I got it set someone called me and helped me a ton. the car didn't make it off the dyno though had a ring break or I spun a bearing so Ill get that fixed and be back at it asap.
