New Build Startup Trouble
Hello all,
Finally have my Evo running and I need some help running down CEL codes.
I'm completely new to ECUflash, coming from ECMlink/DSMlink
I have a brand new Denso front O2 sensor I bought from Rockauto for the car.
Relevant Mods:
- Stock block
- built/ported head with GSC S2's, +1mm oversize SS valves
- FIC BM1250's
- Not sure on the fuel pump. I need to take it out and look, but the access cover appears to have never been touched. All fuel lines/hoses, rail, etc is stock.
The car came to me with AEM EMS V1, and a stock ECU in the car I "assumed" was the original ECU for the car. I sold the AEM and installed the stock ECU, which I now believe is NOT the original ECU because I had to disable the immobilizer to work.
ROM ID: 94170008
I flashed to Tephra V7 94170715 (Had Omni 4-bar mods built in) and the car would not start.. it would only flood the motor and backfire.
I re-flashed back to the stock 94170008 ROM and modified the injector scaling for my 1250's. Using any scaling around 1150-1250 in the scaling table will cause the car to barely idle and die.
Scaling the injectors to 850 or so will allow the car to idle very rough, but it won't die.
I have the following CEL's:
P0132 - Heated Oxygen Sensor(Front) Circuit High Voltage
P0443 - Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit
P0090- Fuel Pressure Solenoid Circuit
P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204 - Injector Circuit, Cylinder X (1,2,3,4)
I'm not worried about the EVAP Purge Control Valve circuit and the FPS codes, as this car has eliminated emissions and I'm sure I can disable the CEL in the periphery bits, but I have no idea why I'm throwing an O2 sensor and Injector codes.. I have the resistor pack in place and a brand new O2.
