log of Evo VIII "dying"

I was logging a part throttle run up through the rev range. I was going to log some wot runs after, but before I hit 6000 rpm the engine lost power. It was like a switch was thrown or a fuse blew; it happened all at once. Total loss of power, although it kept running and I was able to limp home. Instead of the steady, powerful "hum" I was used to, it was putt-putting with very little power. It had a code p0134 heated ox sense front circuit no activity detected. I thought, "it has 100k miles on it, never had ox sensor replaced," so I got an NTK installed, but that didn't fix it. It does seem a little more consistent; not breaking up, but still putt-putting, even at idle; no power. I have checked all the fuses; they're ok. I don't know if anything in the log might give a clue as to what happened, but posting it here just in case. It had been a little off since turbo replacement and maps and logs about that are posted here:

No changes in maps between that post and this incident.
In the attached log the incident occurs at around line 1018. I have tried comparing within this log, and to the previous logs in the link above, but I'm looking at everything and not seeing anything.

I've had leaks, hoses blown off and hoses blown through. In those cases the car ran and idled normally UNLESS/UNTIL I opened up the throttle. In this case it runs poorly at idle and under very light load. Also, I should have mentioned it is running VERY LEAN. The AFR readings from the wideband are off the scale on the high side, over 17.0 almost all the time it is being driven. Not getting enough fuel? But, why?

Who helped you figure this one out, and why? That way people in the future can have a better chance at learning/following the diagnosis chain.

Sorry, I don't think I can help much with diagnosis chain of events. After checking all fuses, etc I was stuck. So, I took it to my local mechanic. I think they picked it up with an engine analyzer.
I'm thinking some of the knock I had been trying to tune out by taking out timing and adding fuel over the past few months may have been caused by the "gradually failing" coil. I'm gonna try to reload some of the roms I saved along the way and see if they still knock as they did before coil replacement. I'll post an update on that later.
