From US to EU need re-flash and warranty

Hello guys ,

I'm new here and i have some question before i go for it.
Info for the car:
EVO X 2013 GSR US model but the car is in Europe

Questions 1:
I will go to the dealer this days to see if i have international warranty but I want to prepare myself if they refuse the warranty because the car is from US. I need link or something i can read for international warranty.

Question 2:
I asked the previews owner and he told me the car was never touched (no ECU re-flash) but In EUROPE we have other octane fuel so I red a lot about warranty void if i flash the ECU and my questions is:

Did anyone from here had the experience to flash the ECU to local dealer ?

I know Cobb AP is undetectable if it's unmarried and its not raising the ECU re-flash
number but i really do not want to play with it because dealer have some other smart tricks to catch me i made a re-flash.

I'm not sure what price i must pay for re-flash from dealer but it will be much more than local tuning store.

Thank you.

Hi,
I usually go to my dealership for services, we did it togheter, he's a great guy.
I have Tephramod V1 so dual map.
I normally let him check for codes or sw update from MUTIII, he never noticed my dual map settings. When I told him he was .
I play with their MUTIII and when you connect the car there isn't any warnigs or popup due to my ecu settings.
I'm not telling that a smart guy with MUTIII can't see you are not running a stock rom, sure he can, but if he isn't looking for it nothing could call his attention.

I use ECUFlash, not AP
