I think the def that either came with or downloaded by ecuflash for a 52360018 rom might be a little off. Almost every thing seems correct.The mode 23 tables cannot be edited. Instead they show Disabled. If you add the mode 23 tables , you can then change the values and the stock tables will also change to enabled. Also the DoMode original value is 0x4242 instead of the suggested 0x42. The stock Boost target Engine load tables looks nothing like what Merlin tuning guide has.

Am I being paranoid or is something genuinely wrong?
