I suggest for every evo owner to have their tactrix cable so they can ask and consult anything. 
Im no pro tuner but I know my fair share of basic stuff by eye balling.

1. This isn't just bad tuning or even incompetent tuning... This guy tried to blow your engine!
2. I think you need to let everyone know who it is so that nobody else goes through the same thing.
3. Get a new tune ASAP. PM me and I could probably email you something to get you by for now.
