Anyone know how long it takes to get get the download? I sent a payment on may 5 and put in a ticket on the website.

 

You should have had an account created, and once you purchase it you should receive an email about your order status and it should have a link to the download page with your registered email address and serial number to use for evoscan in the email body as well.

This email should be sent right away unless somehow the email failed to get generated.

 

Check you email junk box.

 

I checked my spam nothing there. I payed with PayPal. It has cleared my PayPal but my status says there waiting payment. I can't get in contact with any one.

 

Jepp, they seem to suffer from quite some latency recently.
I've opened a ticket 1 month ago and received nothing at all...

 

It has been two weeks and nothing! Does any body know how to get in contact with evoscan.
