Trying to get load under control..

Hello all,

So in the process of tuning my car and trying to find out how to get my load under control.

Passed 6k my car lives over 330 load seeing a max load of 370. I have changed the last 3 cells on the load side of the table from 330,340,350 to 350,375,400 as a temporary fix. Is there a way to reduce the load the ECU sees allowing me more resolution to tune with. Car right now is on pump gas and 30lbs but i want to push the turbo and the car harder but i would need to get my load down before i even consider turning up the boost.

Evo 8 SD ROM - 94171715
Omni 4Bar
Using Fuel temp sensor

Load is in measurement of kpa so elevation and the likes will effect the load being calculated. How do you have the kpa load of the map sensor setup? is it a 1:1 ratio and what voltage settings are you using the for min V and max V for the 4bar? everything will effect the load reading if it is inputted improperly.

I'd try a MAF rom first to check what load values the car is seeing on MAF, you might have wrong SD settings &/or MAP scaling in the SD rom.
Otherwise, you might have a boost leak.

Made some changes on my Kpa / Load VE table but have not had time to log it. Hopefully this weekend i will be able to finish the tune, and get a good working launch map also..

Car has never been on MAF so i don't have the numbers to base that off of but i have heard of doing that but dont even have a MAF to go off of lol.
