how to keep inject the fuel while throttle lift off?
I want to keep inject the fuel while throttle lift off for a little while.
I try to mess with decel fuel cut delay but nothing changes.
Actually, I want to throw a flame out of my exhaust while lifting off and shifts.
Now I can get only small pop and bang.
Please suggest.
And yes, I'm a ricer.

Run a sas enabled rom. They don't cut fuel on deceleration if limits are achieved ..
snag a relay and wire a 5v pin to relay triggered by the sas pin, and use the relay to apply 5v to the alt maps, and wala sas only timing and fuel maps. lock it in open loop ..

I have actually gotten my car to shoot flames on the off occasion and it will always crackle and pop on shifts and compression braking. What I did:
1) Add negative timing to low load areas - you need a significant amount of negative timing like -15 or -20 degrees. You have to find the code in the ECU that defines the negative timing limit and lower it
2) My car comes with a factory ALS system so I drilled bigger holes into the banjo bolts and used the ALS tables in the ECU to inject air into the exhaust manifold at certain loads when I'm off throttle.
There is also code in there to run the injectors at certain loads while off throttle but I haven't really noticed the injectors running. I mainly just blip the throttle slightly to get it to crackle and pop. I did a 2nd to 3rd gear pull by my friends once and they pulled up next to me at the lights and said my car shot flames during the shift. Tried to replicate it but couldn't.
Anyway I'm not in it for the flames, just the nice crackling exhaust, lots of fun
