Switching to smaller injector, adjust tune?

Hey guys. I am currently tuned on 93 octane with a GT35, double pumper, and 2150cc injectors. Car ran great for a few days so I think the tune is fine. Now I'm getting no power under 3000rpm, misfires, etc. At higher rpm the car is driveable, but not perfect. I have a set of pte 1200cc injectors. I was thinking it may be injectors and wanted to rule out the current fic 2150cc injectors. When I change injectors to the smaller 1200's do I only change latency and scaling, or is there anything that has to be adjusted with fuel map tables. I was going to start with these settings:

Pte 1200s

Scaling 886

3.192
2.208
1.512
1.056
0.696
0.504
0.288

Staying in closed loop you will be ok. If you go into open loop by crossing tps load limits you will no doubt as previously stated see the need to adjust fuel mapping. Maybe a cranking pulse width x 1.5 ~2ish
