When i got back down to about 2500 feet everything seemed to be working fine, but please let me know.
Hiya. The only thing the Baro Compensation patch does is revise the boost target... which in turn feeds into the Error Correction system. Baro Compensation patch won't affect spool-up, as that's all pre-target stuff.

In terms of checking the tune to see if it's set up properly, you need to be using Direct PSI-based Boost Control. The "Atmospheric Boost" constant needs to be 0. And the patch needs to be fully added/enabled (obviously!).

In your logs, review the "WGDC Correction". That's the error correction working. If you see a bunch of negative correction factor applied, EC is pulling boost down. If you don't see that, it's not.

Hope this helps!

Also, there is a PDF attached to the first post - check out the section named, "Testing of RAX3: Atmospheric Boost Baro Compensation".

OK, so it appears psi based boost control and the zero value are plugged in but How do I verify the rax patch is turned on and enabled? Could i send my tune file to someone to take a quick look?

I think either the patch was installed incorrectly, or the omni 4 bar value might be incorrect, but I'm pretty lost and not sure how to get this working at this point.

Richardjh, I just noticed that you have it listed as Untested, but 53600010.xml is missing on the download files.

Also depends on values in your upward correction vs TPS table and standard correction table.
Where did you add the info for the V3 xml and the raxpatch? I cannot get the tables to show up unless i paste them directly into the XMOD V3 xml in which case everything else is missing.

It can be a pain, yes. I believe you need to "chain" your include statements, with only one include per .xml file. If your XMLs are they type that go right down to the evo "base" file, try putting the RAX include in that. It's not ideal, but it will get you going.

I really wish ECUFlash was able to cope with multiple include lines in one xml!
