Your fuel trims are going to move because:
1. the engine and air temps were lower first time in the day.
2. later in the day AND after driving the whole intake arrangement has heat soaked and the ECU is adjusting accordingly. ie it is doing what the Mitsi engineers programed it to do to compensate.

The 450 will tend to over drive the fuel system and so raising the injector scaling as you have done is the correct way to compensate (the injectors are flowing more fuel) rather than the MAF tables.

Thanks merlin.oz. Im a noob that read your pdf and alot of threads on here.

My injector scaling is maxed out at 1392 on e85 and trims are with in 5 but not near 0.

Can i continue to tune wot areas or do i need to focus more on zeroing out my fuel trims?

Thanks in advance. Also i thought injectors on e85 should have a 30% smaller scaling?

Is my tune totally off by being on the 1392 scaling on e85 or what ever it takes to get trims in check?

I have 1450 fic and most people suggested 1008 scaling?

Thanks all help so far is really appreciated and helping me alot.

Been trying different injector latencies and scalings every day, ive been trying for 1 month now or so lol.

I ended up inserting original latencies and scalings with a idle of 5.4 fuel trim. Car idles good, target afrs seem alot closer, did some part throttle spool ups and afr were in the 12's were i want them.

Can i continue tuning my high octane map? Or do i need to 0 out my fuel trims?

Also found a popped off hose behind intake manifold, zip tied it on. It may have been popped off this whole time. Idk.

The only issue with these original latencies is when letting off of a spool up it will drop to 10.0 afr then sweep to 14.7.
