Tephra V7 96530706 IC Control

Hey Guys,

Just wanting some info in regards to the IC control in the tephra roms,

I want to know if they are correctly defined, what i have found is that if i change the Off Relay Time it changes the Min RPM also.

Thoughts?

Ok heres a pic of what im taking about,

you will notice if i change the IC Off Timer the Min RPM changes also.

i just want to make sure this part is defined correctly before i change the settings and flash it to my car.

I mean it doesnt really matter i want the off timer to be 0.5 seconds which changes the Min RPM to 156, thats fine because it wont spray until min load anyway,

I just dont want to be changing this settings and its not actually IC Spray settings

is that what u have

Code:
<table name="IC Relay Timer On/Off Time" category="IC Spray" address="247e" type="2D" scaling="TimeSec">
		<table name="Condition" type="Static Y Axis" elements="2">
			<data>On Time</data>
			<data>Off Time</data>
		</table>
	</table>

	<table name="IC Relay Control Min RPM" category="IC Spray" address="2480" type="1D" scaling="RPMStatLimit"/>

hmm try delete all xml definations under ecuflash..... then just add the two from V7 thread.... maybe u got an issue somewhere.

Hey Zaid,

Thats exactly whats in my tephra XML,

So what your suggesting is remove the Tephra XML and the 96530006 XML and replace them with the ones from the tephra download?

edit - The tephra download doesnt have the 96530006xml in the package,

Weird would the 96530006 even have an effect as the IC control isnt in that XML only in tephras

no i would go one step further and completly remove ecuflash (or all the definations) could be that u have a problem. i have had issues before when two files will have the same romID and it picks one of them and that usually is the wrong one. so easiest to backup all first then remove and reinstall. and then copy the files..... could be. i am sure when i was using 9653 i fiddled with the IC tables and didnt find anything strange. and the fact that u have different address in the XML but still changing one changes the other tells me u have a xml mix up.

I tried it with the Speed Density 2.0 Rom and XML with the same results,

I just want to make sure i can still make changes to this part of the rom and its only going to effect the IC Spray system, anyone?

Ok as soon as i changed that in the definition the timing went from 11.2s off 0 on to 2s on 5s off so much more realistic numbers by default

And now i can change the values for start RPM and it doesnt change the on/off timer

Thanks heaps zaid, just making sure it is the correct address?

Ok so i made changes in my map so that the Sprayers should go off

With 70+% TPS above 3500rpm and more then 200load Nothing the sprayers arent working

So i changed it so that i would be able to get them to spray just revving the car and there not working,

So my other question is are these correctly defined for IC sprayer control?
