you didn't touch the timers at all did you?

 

Yeh i changed the On Timer to 3 seconds and off timer to 0.5 seconds

 

maybe start fresh and ONLY change the ECT+TPS parameters

i dont know how the timers work

So i can change all other parameters to get it to spray for me but leave the timers stock?

ill try that over the weekend and report back

 

just change the bare minimum to get it to work
ie leave speed alone, etc

One other thing i can think of is if the MAX Vehicle Speed is incorrectly named and it should be MIN Vehicle speed??

 

Ok so everything was stock other then the items to get it to spray when i rev it to see if its spraying

Nothing this is still not spraying, do you think the MAX Vehicle Speed is actually Min Vehicle Speed?

My 94170715 has a IC Relay Timer On/Off Time @ 247e. It's wrong.
Original had a IC Relay Timer time @ 248a. Changing it to 8a will let you correctly program on/off for the relay in my car.

Found out the hard way. That relay controls compressor pressure via DV in my car per TPS100% application. Had it set to 10 yet after 2 seconds the DV would open (middle of 2nd gr) and boost would drop. Didn't pinpoint it until I was messing with the NLTS for fun at 2000rpm and would hear the damn relay enrgize after 2 sec

 

Mine is already defined to 8a

 

I think i have a work around for this, well for me anyway

What i have done is set my ICS Spray on Knock (because this works), to spray on 0 Knock Sum Above 200load as this is when i want it to spray anyway, so for now this will do

SO i know this thread is old but its something i have recently started to try to get working on my DSM.

One key point I noticed in this write up was that the switch needed to be in the AUTO mode. Going to see if this is my issue on the dsm as i couldnt get it to trigger earlier.
