EvoScan Logs Missing Data

This issue has me stumped, and I'm not sure where to begin in fixing it.

EvoScan can see wideband data, and had been logging it perfectly.

It can still see wideband data, but as of recently, no longer logs it.

Below is a picture showing the wideband's live data as visible, and the log with blank cells in Excel. MegaLog Viewer HD also shows no data in these new logs. The live values shown in EvoScan match the wideband's live reading on its gauge. It's connected via serial port.

Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure that thewideband port is correctly selected.
Is it a serial wire or how did you run the data to ecm

The wideband is connected by serial port.

When logging, EvoScan shows the wideband's live data, and it does agree with the readout on the gauge itself.

But, it just started not recording the info into datalogs after saving several that did work throughout the day.

Ahh i see so it reads live data but doesnt log it. Try setting a different communication port.

The problem has gone away.

I'm not sure how it was caused, or how it was fixed. I didn't change any settings recently before or after it started.

Likely a electronic hiccup.
