Gents,

Last week I downloaded the ROM from my E6 GSR. First of all I was quite suprised finding it was an stock E6 RS ROM in my E6 GSR, has this been seen more often? Didn't had the time to check my ECU Case code.

First after downloading I saved the ROM as an .srf file, and after that saved it as an .bin file.

Now the strange thing kicks in, my rom saved as .srf is saying my memmodel is
H8539F but the ROM saved as .bin says H8539FA.

Is anyone of you able to explain me what is going on and how I should continue as I don't want to brick my ECU.

Open the ECU case & check what's the main chip number, MH7202F or MH7203FA
