If you ask Rich, he may offer RAX Patch for 53040007 soon, but if you want to use RAX Patch ASAP, how about updating your ROM to 53040010? 53040010 seems to be a newer version.
If you satisfied with just mode 23, there is a 53040007.xml on bryan's site. There's also 53040010 rom on his site.(Sorry for providing the url without your permission, razorlab. If you mind, I'll delete it.)

now just need rax it was a tephra v1....dont like the way it logs on mode 23

You can download both RAX Patch V2 and V3 from these threads.
RAX Patch - ROM patches (V2)
RAX Patch Version 3 - Limited test phase! (V3)
Select either version of above, download it, and follow 'Instructions for First Use' in Rich's pdf instructions to install the RAX Patch to your PC.
After the patch installed, modify the tables according to his instructions.
If there are any troubles about installing it, PM.
