aem wideband

so i recently bought an evo 4 with evo 7 ecu with tephra v7 90550701. i trying to sort out 2 problems, my car never goes into closed loop and the wideband does not read correctly, this is what my eval is, 10.00+(16.99-10.00)*x/255.

also i would like to start with an evo 8 timing map, as im getting strange knock on part throttle low load
any help would be appreciated

You can modify the formula to meet the wideband!

Always on open loop could be the Tephra options, there is one to keep always on open loop, check that

Go to ecu Periphery0

allow closed loop, if it is not allowed (0) then you are set always on open loop

if you have front o2 heater turned off in periphery trims wont update , as the 4 doesnt use a 4 wire o2 so they turn it off in the periphery bit 14 faa , id usually wire in a 4 wire o2 sensor , for heater wires 12v to one wire (you can use the same wire as radio suppesor usually bolted to cam cover) and other heater wire goes to pin 60 , dont try enable open loop method its a disaster
