Ecuflash can‘t read my ROM！ HELP！！！

Recently， I need a remote tuning，as tuner required sending the ROM… but my ecuflash doesn't come out the rom id… what should I do？ Wat cause causing this？

I have the same problem, i can't read my ROM.
Try with Ecu Unlocker running in the background, or try to set the key on "ON" only a couple of seconds before pressing "OK" to run the ECU read.

Are you able to read the file but ecuflash isn't able to recognise it ? or it isn't able to read it ?
If ecuflash is able to read the file then save it and post it here in order to be able to help.

Keep in mind that it has been tuned by a professional, therefore, don't post it by respect for the previous tuner..
