I am trying to open a tune I copied from the ecu in my car but I keep getting an error that says "Ecuflash could not recognize this ROM image using any of the current definitions."
Im not great with computers so bear with me here. Any advice anyone?

It means you don't have the right definition file (XML file) for your ROM.
An XML file acts like a map for your ROM, telling ecuflash where to find the values and how to display them.
You need to find out what your ROM ID is then find the XML file to suit and put it in your definitions folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenECU\EcuFlash\rommetadata\mitsubishi\evo)
If you email you ROM to me I could attempt to find you the XML that you need, I've got a 4AM start tomorrow so I could do it tomorrow afternoon (NZ time of course) if you want.
