Do the Tephra v7 VE tables change load cells for timing?

When you adjust fueling using the MAP VE or RPM VE tables, does that shift the load for timing purposes? For example, if your RPM VE is 110% at 4000 rpm, does that mean that at that RPM, your loads at the same KPA value will be higher in timing table, so you’ll get a lower timing value than what 1byte load would suggest in your logs? I have noticed my logs not always following my timing table and I think this might be the issue. Not sure if I’m making sense? I watched a BD Alchemist video on YouTube that suggested this was the case and I never understood that. Been running SD for 10 years.
