readiness test problem

Hi guys!
I was given a stock ECU from a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GTS. The Eclipse is a highly modified twin turbo 6G72. The engine is controlled by a Haltech Elite 2500. The stock ECU has been retained to provide OBD2 reading capability, which is required by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle. The stock ECU has inputs from the oxygen sensors, - two in each of the down pipes and one before and one after the high flow cat, the MAF, the manifold pressure sensor, and the activation coils for the EGR, vapor re circulation, along with a Haltech injector emulator system. So, in essence, the stock ECU has its original inputs indicating that it is controlling the engine, which it is not. The New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicle requires that the ECU I/M Monitor status all show green (readiness state) and that the ECU indicate the VIN. The ECU that I have is the original from the vehicle and has the VIN programmed in. What I'm looking for is to have the I/M readiness all show green and that they disregard the actual state of the sensors they are monitoring.

(seems to have similar architecture as the EVO 7-8 ecm's memory)

can someone help me on that? or find me someone who can?

thanks for your help!!
