im not saying the car runs funny but i like to know if i should just flash it back to stock

current mods are KN Typhoon intake / invidia o2 housing / invidia 3'DP / test pipe / hks caron ti

 

You need to log your boost response per gear and then adjust the intake cam timing based on those results. Post a log of a 3rd gear pull starting at 2K RPM and then smash the gas and make a pull to redline. Log boost, RPM, TPS, MIVEC, Ignition timing. I will then post a graph of your log showing how the intake cam timing should look as a general rule of thumb. You can then apply this approach to the other gears because each gear will have a different boost response causing the ECU to hit a different part of the map.
