I'm using rom 59580004 with Tephra XMOD v3 and RAX patch v3 and I think I missing some coding. I don't have the coding for the increase resolution for injector scaling, "Max Total upward WGDC EC during Upshift (Requires RAX 3)", I have a lot of greyed out fields especially under the Direct Boost header and my ECU will randomly brick when flashing files. I wondering if I've got something wrong?

That code is correct. Sounds like you have some XML issues. Also make sure you are in dev mode in Ecuflash.
