Idle afr

I'm in open loop targeting 14.7 in the fuel table, idling at 1000rpm, targeting 12deg. Timing jumps around a bit I guess as its hks 272 cams, but when logging target afr for some reason the ECU starts targeting 13.8 afr. I'll post a log when I get home

Do you mean closed loop?

In open loop those numbers don't mean much in the table unless you have the fueling spot on, you may need to adjust it to match actual AFR. Unless you mean as soon as you start logging the actual AFR value changes?

It's not a target AFR because the car has no idea what AFR is as it's not reading from a wideband.

There are many factors that go into that target.

On SD you should be messing mostly with the SD RPM VE table and the fuel table to get to where you want. Assuming the SD VE Cal is close to what you want.
