I have a rom file for an 04 Evo 8 that I can't seem to get a definition for. I've downloaded about every one I can find and still have no luck when I try and open it in EcuFlash.

I think its a SD patched rom, but the vehicle history is questionable.

Yep, its a Tephra v7 94171715 SD map

 

So I should update this.

I installed some updates on my laptop and rebooted over the weekend. Tried the map again Sunday and it opened just fine.

No changes to anything in EcuFlash or anything, just randomly started working.

Wish I could provide a solid "AH HAH!" solution, but I have nothing.
