Unhappy Speed density e85 running rich at colder intake temps

Cant figure this one out for the life of me. My 03 evo 8 running speed density on e85 starts running mid-low 10s midway through the pull. All started when outdoor temps started going below 60°. Before that I was running between 11.4-11.7 No boost leak. I've been reading posts until my eyes bleed but can't figure out where I should make my adjustments. Here's a link to my last log. Will be logging more tomorrow.

i have the exact opposite problem to this in australia! above 35 degrees c it starts to run leaner, if you get above 45 its into the dangerzone. however on colder mornings in winter i see around 15 deg c and it is slightly richer, but not too much to be concerned with unlike my hot temp probelm...

Some moving around with temp sensor and messing with the sensor scaling seems to be the best fix as all of the tables related to air density, air temp, kinematic viscosity ecu all seem to have no effect all. almost like its all bypassed with the SD mod.
