anyone running SD in washington?

May be moving here and im currently in the process of making the switch to both e85 and speed density...I was wondering how many of you are running a similar setup in the area bc of the altitude

Lots of us are. Lots. Car runs great, and hell, looking forward to another Evo owner joining our small congregation.

I've gained and lost +\- 4000ft on a cruise with no effects that I could notice.

define "running." When my car has been running there hasn't been an issue. I don't do ethanol unfortunately (oddly enough in this green town, ethanol is relatively scarce), but haven't had an issue with SD and elevation changes.

ok cool i wonder how much of an altitude change you actually need for it to drastically affect your car?

We have gone from sea level to 6,000 feet and its been fine. I dont normally rip on it when I am going up century drive to Bachelor or Hood River Highway on the way to Mt. Hood but cruise and idle is fine.
