Knock counts at partial throttle (mostly when lifting)?

21psi that tapers to about 19.5 on 91 octane. Did another run this morning the air temp was down to 89deg but I still got the same knock. I going to get some race gas in the next few days and see if that clears it up then at least I will know if it is real.
