Here is a Evo 9 that moved from a MBC (hallman) to using ECU-boost with the stock solenoid and an upgraded pill.

On this Evo, the ECU-boost is holding 22psi to approx 6500, where the MBC dropped to about 18.5psi at 6500.

My apologies for no direct overlays but this was a older case study that I dug up out of my piles of sheets.

 

I need to get off my a$$ and do this mod. My Hallman tapers to ~21 on my Evo Green after the initial 25psi spike.

 

That is good-looking. Is that taper after 6500 done purposely?

 

On this Evo, yes the taper was by design. It won't hold much more than that usually anyway with the stock solenoid.

Is the map scaled? Can we see your boost table?

 

Normal #65 pill. Not sure what you mean by "is the map scaled"? I'll try and dig up this rom for the tables...
