Hey guys. I tried to connect my tactrix cable to a friend of mines JDM EV08 MR to help him with some tuning but after going through the steps it gave a message of unreccognised ROM ID. I probably dont have the XML file for the ROM so I wanna know what steps to take to find the ROM ID so I can get the correct XML file for this ID. I am a newbie so bare with me . I think I came up on a 89970010. Does this look familiar?

Yea that number you posted looks like it

 

first you have to read the rom from the ecu, then save it, open it, click rom info then internal rom ID
